October 26, 2001: KWE @ The California Institute for Abnormal Arts, North Hollywood, CA., with Betty Dylan and Saticoy. A funny revved up show with witches hat and unusually interactive crowd. Started set gently with Campfire Girl. The Brightest Night was new chugging instrumental (that appeared on the Lost Angeles album) that was redlined with acoustic guitar feedback and metallic reverb. I felt truly transported for a few minutes.
